As we have, and are currently experiencing a large increase in recruitment numbers, I'd like to take a moment of your time to address a few things.

First, welcome to the Guardians, recruits, we're happy that you chose us out of the myriad of other guilds available.  We are all excited for what the future holds for what we believe to be a fantastic group.

That being said, we are always looking towards the future, and we would like to make sure each and every one of you feels at home here.  We are currently working on a program to facilitate that, as our number of active Guardians is either nearing, or already has surpassed one hundred. (Roster update required).  With that in mind, if *anyone* has any comments or suggestions, we facilitate an open door policy here, and any of my Senior Guardians or Officers will gladly speak to you about any issues you have, or suggestions to make the guild better.

This is your guild as much as it is mine, working together, we can make this better than we ever thought possible.
